So why does having extramarital sex make you better at work? But it might not be that adult sex brings benefits. You might just be spending time away from your computer desk. Time spent having extramarital sex is time spent not checking email or doing other tasks. So when you return to your desk, you feel refreshed and more productive. Leavitt adds, “This is a reminder that adult sex has social, emotional, and physiological benefits, and it’s essential to make it a priority. Take your time. “Making a more conscious effort to maintain a healthy adult sex life should be seen as a matter of human sustainability and, as a result, a potential career benefit.” In the end, it doesn’t matter why you feel good; you should have more adult sex before going to work.
